This project focuses on the redesign of HBO Max’s digital platform, with the goal of improving usability, navigation, and overall user experience. The redesign explores how streaming platforms can adapt to the diverse needs of their users, especially in shared accounts where personalization becomes essential. The proposal addresses key pain points identified through research and usability testing, such as the lack of default audio and subtitle settings, limited search capabilities, and navigation gaps within the player. By rethinking these elements, the project aims to create a more intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly experience. The outcome is a conceptual redesign that balances visual clarity with functional improvements, enhancing both the efficiency and the satisfaction of HBO Max users.
